Job description

Act as Regional Point of Contact for NSS CS/PS Core Network and handle customer escalations when needed. Manage Process Input for Technical Support i.e. Trouble-Tickets from Radio Performance, OMC, NMC, Backoffice Transmission Fault analyses in cooperation with OMC, TT updates, Dispatch and Support Field Service Technicians Cooperation/ Escalation of Problem, Correction, Ticket creation Support Configuration Management, such as Data fill, Capacity extension, parameter changes, optimization changes Support the regular KPI review such as: sleeping (blocking) cells, seizure failure. Cooperation and good communication with team members and customer.

Support the Backup concept, Disaster recovery process, System administration, Network inspection, Audit Reporting.

Qualification

Good knowledge in GSM – GPRS – UMTS –LTE standards.

Understanding NGN, IMS, CAMEL, architecture not less than 5 years technical supports experience in these technologies.

Good knowledge in :
- Signaling N7
- SIP
- Diameter
- Mobile core network equipments
- IP
- SIGTRAN
- MPLS
- VOIP
- Protocols analyser (K15, Wireshark,…)
- Codecs
- ATCA V1 & V2

Good Skills in in Huawei Core network equipment.

RFQ project experience on NSS for example: upgrade, swap, deployment is required.

Good communication skills, French and English speaking, good team work, open-minded and available to travel over Africa.
